...a pirate in the latter part of the 18th century...

In the early years of the 18th century...

The above two bits of info contradict. I don't know which is correct. Reading the article, it appears that the first line should be "early part of the 19th century" and the second part should also be "early years of the 19th century". Everyking 02:57, 2 May 2005 (UTC)

Everyking, you're so right! It was one of my first articles and I don't know how I goofed up. I fixed though, thanks for pointing it out to me. Tony the Marine

"He showed great valor in intercepting English merchant ships and other ships dedicated to contraband that were infesting the seas of Puerto Rico and the Atlantic Ocean in general."

this strikes me as slightly... slanted. pauli 16:02, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

  • Pauli is right, therefore it is taken care of. Tony the Marine 17:21, September 6, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Recheck your sources

According to Arturo Morales Carrión's Historia del Pueblo de Puerto Rico, Capt. Miguel Enríquez wasn't even alive in 1811. The Vieques incident happenned in 1717-18. Please check your sources. We'll get to that in the near future.RAMPG 14:39, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
