Miguel Harth-Bedoya

Miguel Harth-Bedoya is a Peruvian conductor.
A US citizen, he is currently Music Director of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra (Texas), a position he has held since 2000.
He was born in Lima, Peru. He studied at the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia and the Juilliard School in New York.
In 1998, he was named Assistant Conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic under Esa-Pekka Salonen. He was subsequently promoted to Associate Conductor in 1999, holding that title through June 2004.[1]
In 2002 he won the Seaver/National Endowment for the Arts Conductors Award.[2]
He also held other positions, notably:
