Miguel Berrocal

Berrocal made sculpture puzzles, some gigantic, some, like these, suitable for assembling on a table top.

Miguel Ortíz Berrocal (September 28, 1933 - May 31, 2006) was an artist known for his puzzle sculptures. He was born in Villanueva de Algaidas, Málaga, Spain. He received formal training in mathematics, architecture, chemistry, and art. Berrocal ran a foundry in Negrar near Verona, Italy.

He died in Antequera of prostate cancer ([1]).
