Miguel Ángel Rubio Buedo (born in Cuenca, 31 August 1961) is a former Spanish football defense player during the 80's and 90's. During these years he played football for UE Lleida.

Since the beginning of the 90's, Rubio started working as a soccer trainer and coached clubs such as UE Lleida, Reus and Cultural Leonesa.

Miguel Ángel Rubio's son, Oscar Rubio, currently plays in Nàstic de Tarragona.
