Miguel Ángel Nieto de la Calle (born January 12, 1986 in Madrid) is a Spanish football attacking midfielder. Currently plays for Real Madrid Castilla in Segunda División B, and was granted no.29 shirt in first team.

Nieto sometimes trained with and was called-up to the first team, as against Racing Santander (November 18, 2006) and Valencia CF (November 27), as an unused substitute.[1]

He made his first team debut in a match with Dynamo Kyiv in UEFA Champions League 2006-07, on a final group stage tie that ended with a draw.

His 2007 league debut was against Villarreal CF, in January 27, and he appeared the next week against UD Levante, in two consecutive 1-0 defeats, although Madrid would be crowned league champions. On the latter match, Nieto, who had substituted an injured Robinho, tried his luck with a shot which sliced the woodwork of José Francisco Molina's goal.[2]
