Miguel Ángel Lozano Ayala, aka Miguel Ángel, (born 16 September 1978 in Sabadell, Catalonia) is a Spanish football player who currently plays for Levante UD on loan from Real Betis of the Spanish La Liga. He is a central midfielder.

- Miguel Ángel began his career at CE Sabadell where he played during the 1995/1996 season.

- He then moved to FC Barcelona in 1996 where he spent time in the FC Barcelona C team and the FC Barcelona B team.

- In 1999, Miguel Ángel moved to Levante UD where he spent three years playing. He played 62 La Liga matches and scored 2 goals.

- In 2001, Miguel Ángel moved to Málaga CF. During his stay at Málaga CF he made 131 La Liga appearances, scoring 7 goals.
[edit] Real Betis
- In 2005, he was then transferred to Real Betis for €2.0 million, signing a 5 year contract with the Andalucian side. In his first season with Betis he suffered knee ligament damage in a match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge which Betis lost 4-0.
