Mietje "Marie" Baron (February 5, 1908 – July 23, 1948) was a Dutch swimmer and diver who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and 1928 Summer Olympics.
In the 1924 Olympics she was sixth in the 4x100 m freestyle relay event and was disqualified in the first round of the 200 m breaststroke event.
Four years later she won a silver medal in the 200 m breaststroke event. She was also fourth in diving's 10 m platform event.
She was born and died in Rotterdam.
