Mieroszów [mjɛˈrɔʂuf] (German: Friedland in Niederschlesien) is a town in Wałbrzych County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Mieroszów. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. (For more information about the history of the region, see Silesia.)

The town lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Wałbrzych, and 79 kilometres (49 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

As at 2006, the town has a population of 4,515.
