Mielno

Mielno (German: Groß Möllen) is a large village in West Pomerania (Zachodniopomorskie), Poland. It is inhabited by 5,112 citizens (2003). It is a well-known tourist destination with nice sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea. The town is sandwiched between the sea and the large Jamno lake. Recently Mielno has merged with the nearby town of Uniescie. Mielno is located 15 km away from Koszalin (a major Polish city).
