Thanks for uploading Image:Shakira MTV.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] License tagging for Image:Shakira444.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Shakira444.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:08, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Vandalism
Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Shakira. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. --Yamla 00:04, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
what do u mean? i did nothing
- Replacing an existing free image with one that is copyrighted, especially when that image is missing the mandatory information and when the article explicitly states you are not to do this, is considered vandalism. --Yamla 15:09, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
Please refrain from making repeated incorrect information to Wikipedia, as you did twice to list of best-selling music artists. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox.
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalise Wikipedia, as you did to Shakira, you will be blocked from editing. --Yamla Yamla 18:54, September 17, 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pure Intuition
Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles. If you continue to do so, it may be considered vandalism. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. "Pure Intuition" has only reached #18 according to the source provided. ShadowHalo 16:20, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Please reread WP:RS. Your edit to Shakira was reverted because you did not provide a reliable source. --Yamla 17:11, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Shakiraof2.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Shakiraof2.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShadowHalo 20:12, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:LITOF ST.JPG
Thank you for uploading Image:LITOF ST.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 17:42, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
