[edit] Service continues
The DOT is apparently not letting ASA discontinue service for the time being they want to line up an EAS carrier to continue service. The DOT are accepting bids, Delta has applied. However the subsidy requested is over three times the average program amount. For now the schedule will hold at two flights a day. Until the DOT either pays for the subsidy or realizes that no one welse will fly it MCN will have service.
