Midland Valley High School is a four-year high school located in Graniteville, South Carolina. It was affected by a train accident in downtown Graniteville on January 6, 2005. The school was closed until January 19, 2005 as a result of the subsequent chemical spill.

The mascot for Midland Valley High School is a Mustang (horse). The schools' colors are orange and blue. The school celebrated its first graduating class in 1981, as a result of two former high schools' merging; Leavelle McCampbell and LBC (Langley-Bath-Clearwater) High. The former became middle schools. There are currently 1,300 students enrolled at the school, with this number increasing every year. The principal of Midland Valley is Dr. Doris Hickson, taking over after the retirement of Margaret Mullins. The Midland Valley band is called the Pride of the Valley.
