Middleton St George is a village in the borough of Darlington and the ceremonial county of County Durham, England. It is served by Dinsdale railway station.
It has an estimated population of about 3,500 people[citation needed] and is situated approximately two miles from the outskirts of Darlington. It has grown rapidly since the mid 1990s becoming the main commuter area for Darlington. It is served by two shops, two barber shops, two takeaways, a Vetinary surgery, a petfood shop, a Doctor's surgery, a Dental surgery and a chemist. Within a mile of the village is Durham Tees Valley Airport which was previously RAF Middleton St. George.
The original line of the Stockton and Darlington Railway passed through the village.
