Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The constituency consists of the southern outskirts of Middlesbrough (such as Hemlington, Nunthorpe, Coulby Newham, Marton, Tollesby, Easterside and Park End) and those parts of the Redcar and Cleveland district not in the Redcar constituency. These include Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Guisborough, Loftus, Skelton and Brotton.
