Middle Park is a predominantly residential suburb located 14km south-west of the CBD of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Many properties on Sumner Road have an address in Middle Park but are not themselves actually in Middle Park and are disregarded in this article.

Middle Park is one of the six "Centenary Suburbs" into which Jindalee was split in 1970. The land was developed by L.J. Hooker Real Estate who released Middle Park for development in July 1976, the last of the 6 suburbs to be developed.
Its neighbouring suburb to the north is Mount Ommaney, to the west is Westlake, to the south is Riverhills and Sumner, to the east is Jamboree Heights.
It is bounded to the north by the McLeod Country Golf Club, to the West by Baronga Street and Horizon Drive, Lalina Street and Macfarlane Street, to the south by Sumners Road and to the east by Estate Road and Beanland Street.
Middle Park is 1.5 square kilometres in area, which is .000019% of the area of Australia.

Middle Park State School D11 is run by the Queensland Government.
Good News Lutheran School H9 is an independent primary school affiliated with the Lutheran Church of Australia. It incorporates Centenary Christian Kindergarten and Pre-School.

The following from the Australian Bureau of Statistics being information collected at different times during 2001, 2002 and 2003. Figures in <Brackets> are for all of Australia:
4,338 people live in Middle Park, a population density of 2,888 per km².
22.2% <20.0%> were aged 0-14, 42.8% <43.3%> aged 15-44, 27.7% <23.8%> aged 45-64 and 7.4% <12.8%> aged 65+. It looks like Middle Park is a place to bring up a family.
In 2004 56 children were born, a crude birth rate of 12.9 <12.5> per thousand, and 8 people died - 2.5 <6.7> per thousand.
2,037 residents (47% <38%>) worked for an average wages and salary income of $39,936 <$37,729>.
52.3% <50.6%> are female.
Of those aged 15 or greater, 60.5% are married, 11% separated, divorced or widowed, 28.5% never married.
The Brisbane News is delivered to 1,365 households in Middle Park, which is presumably all of them, giving 3.17 residents per household.
The 2001 census however states that there were 1,204 families in Middle Park, 58.5% coupleS with children, 27.9% couples without children, 12.6% single with children. This presumably excludes the 10.8% single person households and 1.7% group households.

Most housing was constructed between 1980 and 1990 in the style of that era, which many would suggest is rather inappropriate for the climate of Brisbane.
All but 73 of the houses in Middle Park are stand-alone, with townhouses accounting for most of the remainder. Townhouses are commonly two-storey buildings on a small plot of land in a gated community.
The typical Middle Park house is 220m2 in area on a block of land of 600m2. It has a large open-plan living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and a double garage. It is single-storey "brick and tile", built on a concrete slab, with a brick outer skin and plasterboard inner skin on wooden framing, and a tile roof on wooden framing. It has a pool in the back yard.
According to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, the median house price during 2005 was AUD372,500, and the median weekly rent paid for a 3-bedroom house in the December 2005 quarter was AUD260.
In 2001 78% of homes were owner-occupied, 19% were rented.
