Mid-Columbia Medical Center

Mid-Columbia Medical Center (MCMC) is a hospital complex in The Dalles, Oregon. Located on the campus of MCMC, the Celilo Cancer Center employs the latest in cancer treatment technology and some of the nation's top oncology professionals, including Dr. Keith Stelzer, M.D., Ph.D. [1] In June 1992, Mid-Columbia Medical Center became the first hospital in the world to implement the Planetree concept of patient-centered care facility wide.
Planetree has now spread all over the country, yet still MCMC maintains its devotion to the Planetree philosophy of healing.
