The Mid-Atlantic Air Museum (MAAM) is membership supported museum and aircraft restoration facility located at the Carl A. Spaatz Field, the regional airport serving Reading, Pennsylvania. The museum, founded by Russ Strine, the current President, collects and actively restores historic war planes and classic airliners as well as rare civilian and military aircraft. Many of the museum's historic aircraft are often seen on the airshow circuit.

The Mid-Atlantic Air Museum has hosted the “World War II Weekend Air Show” annually since 1990. The World War II Weekend is generally scheduled to coincide with the Memorial Day (USA) celebrations with an attendance approaching 100,000 people. According to the editors of Military Vehicle Magazine the air show is “The largest and the best WWII reenactment in the nation – bar none”.

It also hosts the “Planes, Trains & Automobiles Transportation Show”, generally held in the fall.

The museum provides speakers and other educational services to the surrounding community as well as offering rides in their vintage SNJ (Navy version of the AT-6 “Texan” WWII military trainer).

It has also embarked on an ambitious project to restore its P-61 Black Widow to flying condition. Some fundraising efforts are via the sale of a large-scale radio controlled model of the P-61 manufactured and provided by Vietnam-based Vinh Quang Model.
