Thanks for adding to Wikipedia. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia articles require verifiable sources and must meet notability guidelines. Can you provide sourcing for this article? Thanks. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 12:11, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for your note. The article looked good. I too find some of the guidelines a bit opaque. Mostly, it's the same rules of grammar you may have heard since highschool. I don't think you'll hae any problem writing well organized, readable articles. I'll tidy the references because it's easier that trying to explain. I'll put bullets beside the sources and make the hyperlink include the descriptions. Open and close []'s around a web link produce an external link. Double brackets, [[]] around a word will create an internal link if there is an article or page by that name. An * infromt of a line of text makes a bullet. #'s make a numbered
- list if you don't leave a sapce
- between blocks of text like this.
Indenting makes the text look like this.
So block indent is a good idea. You can usually figure out how an effect was produced by reading the edit bos and comparing with what is displayed.
You can make a test page by clicking this red link-- User talk:Michaelhyde/test and editing it. Don't be afraid to BE BOLD. Hope that helps. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 23:08, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Adoption
Hello Michael! I saw that you're looking for someone to adopt you. I've been on Wikipedia for about six months and have around 3,500 edits. If you like, I can formally adopt you, or you can just ask me questions about stuff. :) Drop me a line on my talk page if you'd like to be adopted or if you have any questions, okay? Thanks!
