   Congratulations!

My goodness – I guess I never imagined you would submit all three of these volumes so quickly! Again, I won’t bore you with all the details - I just wanted to formally accept your work for publication…So, your book, Is It Him? Volume 3 has been accepted for publication with Outskirts Press!

All three of your books are very interesting. They really do give the reader a very interesting perspective and raise some interesting point. Maybe after your final volume you should create a discussion guide for the books. This way if it were to be used as a part of a class setting or a book talk or a book club even, your readers are forced to ask questions that you guide. This book is one that definitely leaves you thinking – why not guide your reader in their thoughts. There is one thing I would like to bring up. When you write a narrative piece – like what you have created – industry standard really says that your paragraphs should be indented. You have written with a block style. This style is fine for a piece of non-fiction such as a report or presentation of information but for what you are presenting, your story will flow much nicer with the indented paragraphs. Also, please keep in mind that with dialogue each time a new character speaks you indent. An excellent online writing lab that many authors reference for grammar help can be found here: http://owl.english.purdue.edu It is from Perdue University. It is easy to follow and is just filled with excellent information. I did notice a few times that you neglected to indent when different characters were speaking…but it is nothing that cannot be corrected at the galley proof stage.

I do know that you have purchased the Diamond package again. What more can I say about it?? I think you have figured out why it is the best deal we offer.

Well, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help or if you need clarification on anything I spoke about in this email. I look forward to our continued working relationship.

Have a great day.

Sincerely, Robin Pike
