[edit] What this template is
This template is an all-in-one bar for use at the top of every section on a talkpage. It implements a priority system, so if something is high priority, it will flash in bright red letters. It also has a function to show the current status, or outcome, of the discussion, as well as a note for any action taken.
There is also the feature of a big red bar showing if there is unread messages (on a user talk page)

creates either High Priority or Low Priority.

will create another bar underneath showing the user in question where the latest message was.

will cancel the archive limiter, allowing the section to be archived. Note the space between the equals sign and the closing braces.
