[edit] Cleanup Issues

It seems that the Q&A format isn't exactly encyclopedic. Also, the part referring to ATP needs to have better transitions. It seems as though the ATP discussion is in left field until you get to the next section. So maybe there could be a way to explain the relevance of ATP earlier.

In addition, there needs to be a little more work in finding sources. If there are any criticisms or falsibility, they should be added as well.--24.167.191.204 (talk) 04:39, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
