[edit] Tone

I've restored the "advert" and "inappropriate tone" tags to the article, pending improvement. The reviews were added to the article before the novel came out as a way to provide some information. However, now a formal plot summary needs to be written; the Amazon.com summary is inappropriate for this purpose because it includes the author's POV. It can and should certainly be quoted where appropriate. A "Reviews" section/list is also inappropriate and needs to be adapted into some kind of sourced analysis or reception section or merged into the lead section. Again, this was perhaps OK before the novel came out, but now the article needs to conform to a more standard format. I'll give it a shot when I can. — TAnthonyTalk 17:50, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

Understood. I'll do a plot summary when I've re-read the book. 87.114.138.192 (talk) 09:30, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
