Michael Oliver is not living in Vanuatu. Oliver came back to vanuaut after 25 years,at the end of 2005. The vanuatu government recently officially re- entered Oliver into the list of prohibitated immigrants as from the 24th January 2006 through an oder issued by Vanuatu Minister for Internal Affairs, Minister Geroge Andre Wells. The order was issued in accordance with paragrah 15 and subsection 23 oc the immigration act of vanuatu.
