I have removed a proposed deletion template. I think Mike Munger is notable enough. He is the 99.9% certain nominee of his party for Governor in 2008. Barbara Howe, who was the Libertarian nominee last time, was deemed notable enough. Munger has also gotten press coverage, as in the News & Observer cited in the article, and in an interview with Frank Stasio on North Carolina Public Radio.
