[edit] Spelling of last name

Joheadblues just revised this article, replacing every instance of “Jeffrey” with “Jeffery”. I had never considered that the last name might be misspelled, so I went looking for verification. I went to my local bookstore and checked out the music section. There were two books on Hendrix, one of which was:

  • Lawrence, Sharon (April 2006). Jimi Hendrix: The Intimate Story of a Betrayed Musical Legend. ISBN 006056301X.

(I failed to take good notes, and I can't figure out the identity of the other one.) Both books used the spelling “Michael Jeffery”. I am therefore going to presume that “Jeffery” is the correct spelling and move this article.

There is a link to a whole bunch of information about Jeffery at this link [1] I have no idea of the veracity of the information myself, but it seems plausible. Pouru 11:22, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
