[edit] The court incident

Now that the court incident has been dismissed, I have added the closure reference and some of the "afcts" of the case now legally revelaed. I don't see how we can't mention it in a biography, much as though a series of anon's would prefere not, but hope the current version now fairly reflects the actual situation.
