Is this author notable? It's not clear that winning the Nebula prize for a novelette is sufficient by itself. Has he written anything else? Have any of his works been reviewed in the press? Has he won any other awards? Do we know anything about him other than that he won the Nebula? Is information about him verifiable?--Srleffler 02:42, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

I certainly think a Nebula award by itself establishes notability. Obviously this stub needs expansion. I'll throw in what I can find. Avt tor 17:21, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
