[edit] citing a need for new blood?

where the hell did that come from? 203.3.197.249 04:31, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

  • Here, perhaps? All right, it's not exactly what Hohns said, but it's close Sam Vimes 08:46, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] One to keep an eye on

Bevan is the only player with 40 ODI innings or more to maintain a batting average above 50

As I write, Dhoni averages 52.35 after 34 ODI innings, so the above comment may or may not hold true in a few months' time. Loganberry (Talk) 14:08, 4 April 2006 (UTC)

It no longer does. Hussey has 40 ODI innings next to his name and averages nearly 80. Rickster89 (Talk) 12:27, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

And where is Hussey now, definitely not as good as bevan no matter what his record says, Hussey has never had to do anything under the pressure Bevan did and when he did he got out, there is only one Bevan!!

[edit] Bevan a Sri Lankan

Can someone give a link supporting the fact that he is a Sri Lankan or else remove the category:Sri Lankan Australians. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.234.55.135 (talk) 20:14, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
