Mickaël Bourgain (born May 28, 1980 in Boulogne-sur-Mer) is a French track cyclist, who won a bronze medal in the men's team sprint race at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens together with Laurent Gané and Arnaud Tournant.

Bourgain represents the Cofidis cycling team.
