The Michigan State League was the name of several different Minor League Baseball leagues, many of which only lasted for a season or two.

The first version ran from 1889-1890, followed by a one season league in 1895 and a one season "Class D" league in 1902.

In 1911, the West Michigan League expanded and became the latest version of the Michigan State League as a "Class D" baseball league through 1914.

In 1926, the Michigan-Ontario League merged with the Central League to form another version of the league, but it only lasted the one season.

The last version of the Michigan State League ran from 1940-1941.
