MMLAP is involved in community legal education mediation, arbitration, and class action lawsuits on behalf of migrant workers. Their clients include farm, restaurant, and hotel workers. Examples of cases handled include: wage disputes, landlord/tenant issues, and worker's compensation cases.
MMLAP has a unique combination of seasoned attorneys and interns 3. Most of the staff speaks Spanish as a first or second language.
