Michelle Napier is a Northern Irish television presenter and journalist. She is related to the former leader of Alliance Party of Northern Ireland, Sir Oliver Napier through marriage.
Napier originally worked as a barrister before training to become a journalist at the University of Ulster. She presented news bulletins on Downtown Radio before joining UTV in 2004 as a reporter for UTV Live, working across the news and features departments, as well as reporting for the UTV Internet newsroom. In addition to reporting, Michelle has also presented late UTV News bulletins on Friday evenings.
In October 2005, Napier reported on the publication of the Ferns Inquiry Irish state report into alleged cases of clerical abuse for ITV News.
