Michel Ouellet (born March 5, 1982 in Rimouski, Quebec) is a professional ice hockey right winger of the National Hockey League (NHL) who plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning. He also owns his own real estate company in Quebec.

Ouellet played for Rimouski Océanic in Quebec before being drafted 124th overall by the Penguins in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft and made his NHL debut during the 2005–06 NHL season, playing his first NHL game on November 22, 2005 in a 5–4 victory against the Washington Capitals.
Both his first NHL goal and first NHL assist were scored against the Buffalo Sabres during a pair of back-to-back games on Dec 16 and 17, 2005.
He finished his first NHL season with 16 goals and 16 assists.
