Michalis Pavlis (born on 22 September 1989 in Mytilene) is a Greek football player who plays as a striker for AEK Athens F.C. in the Greek Super League.

He made his debut against Sevilla FC (3 September 2007) in the second leg of the Champions League 3rd qualifying round. Pavlis played for 30 minutes, in his time on the pitch he won a penalty and made life difficult for Colombian defender Aquivaldo Mosquera. Pavlis is the youngest AEK player to have played in a european competition and also the youngest Greek player to have won a penalty in a european competition. Pavlis also scored his first Super League Greece goal against Veria on January 12th 2008, after coming on as a sub to make the best out of team-mate Rivaldo's assist.
