Michal Neuvirth (born March 23, 1988 in Ústí nad Labem, Czechoslovakia) is an ice hockey goaltender. Neuvirth was selected 34th overall in the second round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the Washington Capitals. He is currently playing for the Oshawa Generals in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He was a member of the Plymouth Whalers, but was traded on November 13, 2007 to Windsor along with defenceman Tom Kane and Plymouth's 2009 4th round draft pick in exchange for defenceman Michal Jordan, goaltender Matt Hackett, a 2008 second round OHL draft pick, and a third round pick in 2009. On January 8, 2008, he was traded yet again to the Oshawa Generals along with Ryan "The Goon, Baldy" Baldwin for forward Justin Shugg, goaltender Jakub Kovář and second-round picks in 2008 and 2011.
