Michaela Pastikova (Michaela Paštiková) (born March 27, 1980 in Šumperk, Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic) is a professional female tennis player from the Czech Republic. On January 31, 2005, Pastikova achieved her career-high singles ranking: World No. 89.
