Michaela Kirchgasser (born on March 18, 1985 in Schwarzach im Pongau, Salzburg) is an Austrian alpine skier specializing in Slalom and Giant Slalom.

On November 25, 2006 she finished her first World Cup race on the podium, a third place in the giant slalom in Aspen, Colorado. She won her first race on February 24, 2007, the giant slalom in Sierra Nevada, Spain.

She has also competed in the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics where she finished fifth in the slalom, sixth in the combined and failed to finish in the giant slalom. At the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2007 she won the gold medal with the Austrian team in the team event, and finished fourth in the giant slalom and ninth in the slalom.

She competes using Atomic skis and boots.
