Michael William Pitt

Michael William Pitt is the first principal[1] of Mirzapur Cadet College, one of the twelve cadet colleges of Bangladesh. Tenure of his office was from May 1, 1964 to March 31, 1967. He was appointed by the then president of Pakistan Field Marshal Ayub Khan. MCC was the third cadet college of Bangladesh by the date of establishment. Along with other vadet colleges this institution is lead by the military regulations and traditions. On account of Pitt's military background he was appointed in this position.
