Lieutenant General Sir Michael Alan Willcocks, KCB (born 27 July 1944) is the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod for the Parliament of the United Kingdom's House of Lords. This title is generally shortened to Black Rod.
Formerly of the Royal Regiment of Artillery, Sir Michael Willcocks was appointed Black Rod on 9 May 2001.
