Michael Tejera (born October 18, 1976 in Havana, Cuba), is a Major League Baseball pitcher in the Boston Red Sox organization.

Michael Tejera made two appearances, both in the NLCS vs. Chicago Cubs, and went 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA and a .333 opponent batting average in 1.1 innings pitched on October 8 at Wrigley Field in which he gave up one hit in 1.2 innings pitched with 1 strikeout to add to his credits. Unfortunately, the one hit was to John Mabry, which was a home run.
