Michael Rowell is a Standards Strategy Product Architect for Oracle Corporation. In this role, Michael is the Chief Architect for the Open Applications Group, a position that he held before joining Oracle. Michael is also a member of the United Nations CEFACT group, where he is the editor of the ATG2 Naming and Design Rules (NDR) version 3.0.
