Michael Arthur Rawson (born May 26, 1934) is a retired track and field athlete, who represented Great Britain in the men's 800 metres at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia. He won the gold medal in that event, two years later at the 1958 European Championships in Stockholm, Sweden.
