Michael Ratu is a rugby league player who plays for Leeds Rhinos. His usual position is Centre although he made his First Team debut on the Wing as a substitute against Salford Reds in August 2007.

Before joining Leeds, he played for Higgleshaw Cagies and he played for them when they won the Oldham Cup. He also played for Wigan Warriors. He signed a three-year contact with the Rhinos despite Wigan offering him a new contact.[1]. He has played for the Rhinos' academy since 2004. Although he has played for the Rhinos' first team, he is currently on loan at Halifax.

His favourite sportsperson is Muhammed Ali. The person he most admires in the game is Lesley Vainikolo. He supports both Leeds Rhinos and Manchester United.
