Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas

Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas (born 1954, Delkatla, near Masset, British Columbia on the Queen Charlotte Islands, is a Haida artist, and creator of Haida manga.
He has published several books and has shown his art in Japan, Korea, England, and Canada. His most recent book, "Hachidori" is now on its third printing, and has sold 100,000 copies in Japan.
Yahgulanaas trained under master carvers Robert Davidson and Jim Hart Edenso.
