Michael Le Vell (real name Michael Turner) (born December 15, 1964 in Manchester)^[1] is an English character actor, who since 1983 has played the role of garage mechanic, Kevin Webster, in the soap opera Coronation Street^[1]. He was the first actor in a UK soap to have his left ear pierced.^{[citation needed]}

Le Vell appeared on Challenge TV's Showbiz Darts in October 2006 and went on to win the tournament.^{[citation needed]}
