Michael L. Vaughn is an American politician who represents district 24 in the Maryland House of Delegates.

Delegate Vaughn has been a member of House of Delegates since January 8, 2003. He was appointed the Deputy Majority Whip in 2006 and is a member of the House Economic Matters Committee. Vaughn is also the chairman of that committee's science & technology subcommittee. He is a member of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.
