Michael Huth (born September 2, 1969 in Dresden) is a German figure skater and coach. During his competitive career, he competed representing East Germany. He was the 1988 East German national champion and he represented that county at the 1988 Winter Olympics, where he placed 23rd[1].

Following his retirement from competitive skating, he studied sports science and began coaching. Among his current and former students are Carolina Kostner[2], Tomas Verner[3], Silvio Smalun[4], Kristin Wieczorek[5], Ina Seterbakken[6], Nika Ceric[7], Kyra Vancrayelynghe[8], Sarah Villanueva[9], Susanne Stadlmüller[10], Alexander Wolf[11], and Sarah Waldmann[12]. At the 2008 European Figure Skating Championships, he coached both the men's and ladies champions. Huth coaches in Oberstdorf.
