Michael Fields is a British lute and theorbo player. Born in Hawaii, USA, Michael studied at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, England. He is most known from his duo partnership with British soprano Evelyn Tubb, and as the music director of ensemble Sprezzatura. He is also the member of the ensemble New Trinity Baroque (USA).
