Michael Essany

Michael Essany (born October 22, 1982 in Valparaiso, Indiana) is an American comedian and talk show host.
Essany has hosted The Michael Essany Show on local, national and international television for seven years. He is best remembered for two seasons on E! Entertainment television as host of his self-titled reality/talk series, executive produced by Leeza Gibbons.
A 2005 graduate of Valparaiso University, Essany has a degree in political science. Prior to becoming a candidate for public office, Essany wrote a column for a local newspaper, The Times of Northwest Indiana.
Essany has twice run for public office as a Democrat.
He currently lives in his native Valparaiso, Indiana with his wife, Christa.
