Michael Gerard Duca (5 June 1952-) is the Bishop of Shreveport since his appointment by Pope Benedict XVI on 1 April 2008.
Duca was ordained a priest on 29 April 1978 in Dallas, Texas. He was educated in the Angelicum training as a canonist.
He served the Diocese of Dallas as a vocations director, chaplain at Dallas' Southern Methodist University. Before his appointment he was the rector of Dallas' Holy Trinity Seminary.
He was raised to the episcopate position on 19 May. He was ordained the bishop of the Shreveport diocese at the Saint John Berchmans church while overflow seating was held at Loyola College Preparatory gym headed by Frank Israel.
